Here at Verso Graphics we have a few terms and conditions we would like to point out to you. If you wish to proceed we will require you to agree to our terms and conditions. Please read through these carefully and if you have any questions you may contact us at [email protected]

Quotes are valid for 14 days from quotation date. Stock from suppliers can change in price without notice, therefore Verso Graphics have the right to requote the job after the 14-day period. Verso Graphics have the right to accept or decline jobs at will, without explanation.

Verso Graphics will not be held responsible for delays in stock from suppliers. Verso Graphics will not be held responsible for any work carried out against our advice or product manufactures recommendation and workmanship warranty will be void.

A 6-month workmanship warranty is included for warranty of works only. No warranty is given on materials or products by Verso Graphics.

Verso Graphics may request a deposit of up to 50% before the commencement of works and will be asked for at the discretion of Verso Graphics. Invoices will be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay within 7 days, unless agreed to prior commencement of works, will result in a 5% late fee every week until paid. Further action will be taken if these terms are not met. Jobs that have not been paid for will remain the property of Verso Graphics until payment is made. These items can be resold and extra payment, additional to the original payment, will be required for reproduction of works. Verso Graphics have the right to request full payment up front where fit. Minimum cost of an invoiced job is $55 unless agreed to prior.

Verso Graphics offers sub-contracting services for works if you require an extra set of hands to complete the job. Please read our sub-contracting terms below and if you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]

Verso Graphics contractor rate is $88p/h per person booked for works by you, employed by Verso Graphics. Verso Graphics will sub-contract the required trades persons for works based on the assessment by Verso Graphics. Their rates will be charged accordingly. A minimum fee of 1hr will be automatically charged for travel to and from site within the metro area. Additional time will be added if required. If a trade person from Verso Graphics is called out to a job which is then cancelled while our staff are on site, or in transit to site, you will be charged the minimum travel fee of $88.

All work to be taken on by Verso Graphics will require a site assessment. Verso Graphics has the right to refuse submitting a quote if the site conditions are unsatisfactory by Verso Graphics’ standards. If any additional work is required to make any surfaces or locations feasible, the work will be carried out, and paid for, by the customer.

In some instances, vinyl will need to be applied in drops, or as different sections, where the joins may or may not line up. This could be caused by a number of things – the image or design used, and/or the materials used. If this is the case, Verso Graphics and employees or sub-contractors of Verso Graphics will advise you, the customer, on the situation and you will decide on the final action. Verso Graphics and its employees or sub-contractors will not be held responsible for the final outcome.

Every job is different and some surfaces may not be suitable for a particular installation. Verso Graphics and its employees or sub-contractors may explain the reasons why and can choose to reject the job at any time. Verso Graphics may advise you, the customer, on alternative solutions. Any works required by other tradesmen will not be done at the expense of Verso Graphics, unless discussed. If you, the customer, wish to proceed against the advice of Verso Graphics, Verso Graphics will not be held responsible for the end result.

Verso Graphics will not take responsibility for any or all artwork supplied by the customer. Any modifications required to make the supplied artwork usable for works will be charged for at a standard rate of $110.

Any or all artwork designed by Verso Graphics for the customer will remain property of Verso Graphics until paid for in full. You, the customer, have the right to request artwork for any other outsourced works you require, i.e. websites, business card production etc. once paid for in full.

All concept and design content within the design brief are copyright and remain property of Verso Graphics and cannot be used for purposes such as creating signage, obtaining quotes, construction or fabrication, copying or using for marketing without obtaining written consent from Verso Graphics. Colours in the design brief may differ to the finished manufactured product. CMYK and RGB are not reliable colour measures for large format digital printing. Multiple edits are available regarding the proof free of charge, however if the document bares no resemblance to the first, meaning a lot more work is required, you will be charged for the extra time spent on the artwork. Please note artwork proofs may not be a scaled representation of the final works.
